The Space Station is the Legendary Monsters dungeon in the End, a huge
Enderstone complex that floats above the outer islands with a central tower and two long wings. It’s where the Enderitium tier lives and where The Obliterator is summoned, which makes it the last structure in the mod’s progression. It’s also the one that takes longest to clear.

Everything in the station is placed rather than spawned, so every Flameborn, every Wandering Eye and all three Annihilation Pursuers are waiting when you arrive, and none of them come back. Nothing spawns inside its bounds either, not even Endermen, so once you’ve cleared it the station stays clear.
Finding the Structure
Space Stations generate only in the End, over the End Highlands, End Midlands and Small End Islands, and never on the central island where the
Ender Dragon lives. They’re spaced about 110 chunks apart and kept clear of End Cities, so finding one on foot is a long walk, which is what the eye below is for.
Without cheats, the
Eye Of Annihilation does the job. Craft it from 4
Enderitium Gems around an
Eye of Ender, then throw it the way you’d throw an Eye of Ender and it flies toward the nearest Space Station within 100 chunks. Like an Eye of Ender it shatters about one throw in five, so bring spare Enderitium Gems and craft as you go.
Enderitium Gems come from
Enderitium Ore, which generates in
End Stone all over the outer islands, so the eye is cheap once you’re out past the gateways. An
Elytra makes the search far quicker, as the station sits well above the island surface and the void is directly beneath most of it.
Layout
The station is built from three sections, a central tower and two wings. The tower holds the
Teleport Machine, surrounded by
End Portal Frames, and that’s the room where The Obliterator appears. The wings are chains of halls and connecting corridors, and one of them ends in an
Ender Anchor room, which is the mod’s
Respawn Anchor for the End.
The whole thing is
Enderstone Bricks, pillars and stairs, lit by Annihilation Lanterns and open to the void on most sides, so a knockback at the wrong moment is a death. Each wing holds one sleeping Annihilation Pursuer and the tower holds the third, so don’t walk into a big open chamber assuming it’s empty.
Charge an Ender Anchor with
Annihilation Lanterns, up to 4, and it becomes your respawn point in the End. The Lanterns come out of the luxury
Chests and can be crafted from
Enderstone and Bottles Of Annihilation, so there’s no reason to fight the Pursuers or The Obliterator without one set up first.
Mobs
The Flameborn Warrior is the rank and file, with dozens spread through both wings, and the Flameborn Guard is the heavier version. Wandering Eyes drift around the halls in smaller numbers, a few Flame Drifters and Chorusling are mixed in, and the three Annihilation Pursuers are the minibosses that drop the
Eye Crystals.
| Mob | Health | Damage | What to Know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flameborn Warrior | 50 | 12 | Immune to Arrows, drops Enderitium Gems |
| Flameborn Guard | 60 | 12 | Takes reduced damage, guards the doorways |
| Wandering Eye | 30 | 12 | One swipe at close range |
| Flame Drifter | 60 | 10 | Dashing melee, cannot be knocked back |
| Annihilation Pursuer | 210 | Up to 18 | Asleep until you get close, drops the Eye Crystal |
Nothing in the station spawns naturally, so the crowd only gets smaller. The Flameborn Warriors and Guards are worth killing rather than skipping, as both drop
Enderitium Gems. Clear a wing fully before you wake its Pursuer and the miniboss fight won’t have a dozen swords joining in from the corridor behind you.
Loot
The station has dozens of
Chests on two loot tables. The wings mostly use the basic table, which is
Enderitium Gems, Iron, Gold, Ender Eyes,
Chorus Fruit, Bottles Of Annihilation and the odd piece of Iron or Diamond gear. The central tower and a handful of wing rooms use the luxury table, which adds
Diamonds,
Enderitium Ore,
Annihilation Lanterns and better odds on Diamond gear.
The prize is the Enderitium Upgrade Smithing Template, which shows up in about one luxury Chest in seven and one basic Chest in fifteen. It turns Diamond tools into Enderitium tools at a
Smithing Table with an
Enderitium Ingot, and those can be upgraded again to Netherite later. The luxury Chests also hold The Obliterator Music Disc at the same odds.
The Boss
The Obliterator isn’t waiting in the station, you have to summon him. Kill an Annihilation Pursuer for an
Eye Crystal, then right-click the
Teleport Machine in the central tower while holding it, and after a few seconds of charging he appears above the machine. He’s got 450 health, two phase changes and a 20 damage cap, and the full fight’s covered on his own page.
Three Pursuers means three Eye Crystals, so one station is good for three attempts at the boss before you need to find another. He drops
Portal Shards, which are the only route to the Annihilator armor,
The Tesseract and the
Atom Splitter. The Annihilator Upgrade template for that armor is
Enderitium Ingots,
End Stone and a
Bottle Of Annihilation, all of which the station provides.
Exploration & Strategy
Come with Netherite or at least full Diamond, a Sharpness sword and no expectation of using a
Bow, as the Flameborn Warriors ignore
Arrows. Feather Falling and a stack of blocks matter more here than they do anywhere else in the mod. Most of the station’s floor has nothing but void under it, and the Flameborn hit hard enough to knock you off an edge.
Work one wing at a time and leave the tower for last. Clear each hall from the doorway, pulling two or three Flameborn at a time rather than the whole room, and only wake a Pursuer once its wing is empty. Set the
Ender Anchor before you fight anything with real damage, so dying only costs you a walk, and you won’t need a new trip through the End.
Save the
Eye Crystals until the station is empty, as The Obliterator teleports around the tower and any Flameborn that’s still alive will join in. When you do summon him, fight on the tower floor, because he ignores damage from anyone standing more than 4 blocks above or below him, and the tower’s upper walkways are exactly that.
FAQ
Craft an
Eye Of Annihilation from 4
Enderitium Gems and an
Eye of Ender and throw it in the End. It flies toward the nearest Space Station within 100 chunks, and like an Eye of Ender it shatters about one throw in five. Stations sit above the outer End islands, well away from the main island and from End Cities, or use /locate structure legendary_monsters:space_station with cheats on.
Kill one of the three Annihilation Pursuers for an
Eye Crystal, then right-click the
Teleport Machine in the central tower with the crystal in hand. It’ll charge for a few seconds before The Obliterator appears above the machine. Each summon uses one crystal, so a station gives you three attempts.
Enderitium Gems and Ore,
Diamonds, Bottles Of Annihilation,
Annihilation Lanterns, Ender Eyes and scattered Iron and Diamond gear across dozens of
Chests. The rare finds are the Enderitium Upgrade Smithing Template, which upgrades Diamond tools to Enderitium, and The Obliterator Music Disc, both in the luxury Chests of the central tower.
Yes, with the
Ender Anchor at the end of one wing. Charge it with up to 4 Annihilation Lanterns, right-click it, and you respawn there when you die in the End, spending a charge each time. Beds still explode in the End, so the anchor’s the only way to respawn on the station.
