How do I find an End city?
Enter your seed and the map opens in the End and jumps to the nearest End city. After beating the dragon, throw an Ender pearl into an End gateway to reach the outer islands, then head for the coordinates.
Why is the nearest End city so far away?
End cities only generate on the outer islands, more than about 1,000 blocks from the main island, and only where the island is high enough.
How do I find an End city with an elytra?
Some End cities have an End ship floating next to them, and that is where the elytra is. The map shows every city; bring enough blocks to bridge across.
