To claim the Infernal Forge, players must first find this rare dungeon and successfully defeat the towering mechanical beast.

The Netherite Monstrosity poses a significant challenge due to its ability to recover health points by absorbing lava present in the arena. Players must strategically eliminate the lava generated by the boss’s attacks to overcome this challenge.

The Infernal Forge serves a dual purpose as both a pickaxe and a combat weapon, featuring unique mechanics. When you right-click on a block, it triggers an area-of-effect damage explosion that can decimate groups of enemies within its range.

This AOE capability makes the Infernal Forge especially effective against swarms of hostile mobs, while still being helpful in mining Obsidian-level blocks. It can be enchanted with Mending, Sharpness, Fire Aspect, Unbreaking, Smite, Curse of Vanishing, Silk Touch, Knockback, Fortune, Efficiency, Bane of Arthropods, Looting, and Sweeping Edge.

The weapon’s design is inspired by its origin in the fiery depths of the Nether, capturing the raw power of the Netherite Monstrosity from which it was derived. When activated, the Void Forge summons Void Runes in a fan formation, dealing fourteen health points of damage through the magical runes, while the weapon itself inflicts an additional thirteen health points of damage.

This upgraded version retains all the mining capabilities of its predecessor while significantly improving its combat effectiveness through the mystical power of the Void. The fan-shaped pattern of the Void Runes provides better coverage compared to the original Infernal Forge’s circular area of effect (AOE), making it more efficient against dispersed groups of enemies.
