Introduction

Prominence II: Hasturian Era is an RPG modpack for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Fabric, built by ElocinDev and downloaded more than 12 million times on CurseForge. Version 4.0.3, released on August 26, 2026, ships 649 mods. The pack is story led: a voiced cast, the Kingdom of Vaaz, and a quest book of 33 chapters that carries you from the tutorial into two full campaigns, Void’s Invasion and The Hasturian Era.

Your character is built on the Talent Tree. You start on one of six Paths (Ranger’s Path, Rogue’s Path, Pyrotechnic Knowledge, Enigmatic Knowledge, Frozen Knowledge or Protector’s Path), commit to one of eleven Fates and reach one of eight Ascendancies. A talent point arrives on every odd level from 3, thirty-two in total by the level 65 cap. Leveling pauses at 10 and 50 until the campaign moves on.

The quest book tracks nineteen bosses, each with its own level from the Night Lich at 10 to Gu’mas at 60, and fighting under level cuts your damage. Exploration chapters cover the Nether, the End, the Otherside, the Prison and the Astral Realm. An optional tech lane runs Create, Applied Energistics 2, Botania, Modern Industrialization, Powah and Tech Reborn. Plan a build, track the bosses and browse every mod below.

Boss Guide →

The long deceased souls of all the kings of the Kingdom of Ly'rell hath been resurrected and corrupted by an unknown force, now known as a single monster called the Night Lich. The Night Lich dwelleth upon the surface of the Overworld. Seek him in the colder biomes, within the remnants of a broken tower. To find this structure, use Souls Stars, dropped by undead creatures, which shall guide thee to the tower.

Tip Better suitable for Ranged. This is a ranged boss, use a flying mount if you are melee, or a bow as secondary weapon!

Progression (32 chapters, 1,782 quests)

The quest book is split into the tabs below. Leveling is campaign-gated: level 10 opens after "A Worrying Reunion" in Void's Invasion; level 50 opens after "The Hasturian Era" in Hasturian Era.

Void's Invasion

Campaign 38 quests Lifts the level 10 cap

Campaign bosses have their own level, just like you do as seen at the top of your inventory. This means that if you are not of a high enough level, you will not deal enough damage to kill them. In total you will deal 10% less damage per level difference, meaning if you're level 45 and a boss is level 50, you'll deal only 50% of the total damage you're meant to deal.

Prominence II: Hasturian Era

v4.0.5 - Defensive Enchants Rebalance and Advancements fix

This update fixes Advancements in multiplayer only being given to some players and not all of them. Players will be able to stack multiple defensive enchants(Battle Rouse, Warding, Spellbreaking and so forth) on top of their Protection. This means sacrificing another Enchanting slot for many hybrid classes, but more survivability overall. Most of these Enchantments have been lowered to be balanced. We are working on a larger update, so stay tuned for that!

Changes

  • The following Enchantments have been lowered and made non-exclusive with Protection and its brothers: Warding(Excluded from the nerf), Battle Rouse, Spellbreaking, Evasion, Defiance, Evasion, Suppression
  • These Enchants can now be found, traded for and added to already existing armor without issues
  • Moved Protection from Common to Rare so it is easier found in higher Arcana Enchanting Tables
  • Reason as to this change is so that it appears more often in mid-late game Enchanting Table setups
  • Lowered Rarities of a few less significant Enchants to replace Protection's spot like Spellbreaking and Suppression
  • Disabled the Bleed mechanic from Soulsweapons entirely as it has unintended effects, this may be changed in the future
  • Added more Custom Tooltips for Lord souls and Black Ocelot Pelt and more
  • Added a mod to fix GLFW sometimes not working for some users
  • Fixed Advancements not being given to all players that killed the boss
  • Fixed NPCs in Vaaz not wanting to talk to you because of missing Advancements
  • Fixed a crash for some players with the Advancement Tab
  • Fixed a few formatting issues in the Minecells Tab
  • Fixed Mutant Skeleton Armor buffs being accidentally enabled
  • Hammers should no longer break inside claims the player doesn't own

Mods

  • Added Mods: Unrestricted Enchanting, GLFW X11 Fix
  • Updated Mods: Opac Fixes, Mutant Skeleton Armor Tweaks
  • Downgraded Mods: Better Advancements
