Simple Shops adds a new Shop Block, which is great for multiplayer. You’re able to choose an item you want to sell, as well as what you want in return. So you aren’t limited to just Emeralds.

Simple Shop Block
To craft a Simple Shop Block, place a Chest, 5 Planks (any), and a piece of Nether Quartz inside a Crafting Table. Use the image below as a reference.

Place the Simple Shop down in a position of your choosing. It should be somewhere accessible, and easy to find so that other players can interact with it.
The first thing to do is right-click the Simple Shop, with the item you want. This could be a currency, like Emeralds or Iron Ingots, or other random items like Watermelon Seeds and Nether Stars. You should right-click the Simple Shop with the quantity you want too.
Next, right-click the Simple Shop with the item you’re wanting to sell, and its stack size. It will then be rendered on top, and then keep right-clicking it with the same item to increase the stock.

Other players in your world can come and interact with the Simple Shop block to buy the item on display, with your chosen currency. It’s unbreakable too, so don’t worry about players trying to cheat. You’re able to collect items from trades, and by sneaking and right-clicking the Simple Shop, you can remove your items.

How to Install
If you haven't already, make sure to install Forge for Minecraft. It's a simple process and takes just a few minutes. Once Forge is installed:- Download the mod for your Minecraft Version. It will be a .JAR file.
- Take this file, and place it in the 'mods' folder of your Minecraft directory. If this folder doesn't exist, create it. The easiest way to access your Minecraft directory is opening the game, going to Resource Packs and pressing the 'Open Resource Pack Folder' button.
- Once it's inside the mods folder, run Minecraft with the Forge preset selected. The mod will be installed and can be played with in-game.
