Mowzie’s Mobs adds lots of new creatures into Minecraft, some of which are bosses. These are able to drop some new items, and spawn in some different structures.

Barako, the Sun Chief
Barako is the Chief of the Barakoa. He can be found sitting on a throne, inside the Barakoa Village. These will always spawn in Minecrafts Savanna Biomes.

As soon as the player gets within a certain range of Barako, he’ll begin to attack. Drawing power from the Sun, he’ll summon Solar Beams, Solar Flares and Sunstrikes, which the player needs to dodge.

Barako is also able to create followers, who worship and see him as a god. So these will also attack the player. Some of these can even be healers, who can heal Barako.

If you’re able to defeat Barako, you’ll receive the Sol Visage Mask as a drop. With the mask equipped, players can right click another Mask, which is dropped by the Barakoa to summon different followers.
Barako is an incredibly difficult boss to defeat. Players should make sure they’re well equipped, and that they’re able to get close enough to Barako without taking damage from his ranged attacks.
Ferrous Wroughtnaut
The next boss that players can encounter is the Ferrous Wroughtnaut, a heavily armored knight. These spawn inside chambers, located underground.

At first, the Ferrous Wroughtnaut will be sleeping. Only when the player gets close will it wake up, and begin to attack the player. When trying to fight back, you might find your attacks do nothing.
To defeat the Ferrous Wroughtnaut, you need to wait until it does an attack move in which its Axe becomes stuck in the ground. Then, run to the back of the boss and attack.

When looking at the Wroughtnaut’s back, you’ll see a Diamond Sword lodged inside, this is where you need to attack. There’s only certain moments in which it’s able to receive damage.
After defeating the Ferrous Wroughtnaut, it will drop the Wrought Helm, and Axe of a Thousand Metals. Neither of these items break, and provide some special combat abilities.
Frostmaw
The final boss to find is the Frostmaw. To find one of these, try searching Minecrafts snowier Biomes, until a boss bar appears. Like the Ferrous Wroughtnaut, it will be sleeping at first.

In its hand is the Ice Crystal, which players can actually obtain without waking up Frostmaw, such as by being invisible. However, if Frostmaw hears or senses you, it will wake up and start to attack.

Frostmaw will swallow the Ice Crystal, using it to fire different ice attacks. Only when it’s defeated will it drop the Ice Crystal. Players can use these to summon ice attacks of their own.
Barakoa
Groups of the Barakoa can be found roaming the Savanna Biomes in packs. Or they can be found spawning in the Barakoa Villages, alongside Barako the Sun Chief.

These will group up and attack the player, using Clubs or Blow Darts as weapons. When killed, the Barakoa can drop their masks, which will provide a buff when worn. Or the mask can be used alongside the Sol Visage to summon your own Barakoa followers.
Foliaath
Inside of Jungles, the Foliaath can be found. They’re hidden at first, only popping out of ferns when the player is nearby, springing up to attack.

It’s best to take out the Foliaath from a distance, like with ranged weapons. Foliaath Seeds can be obtained, which can be planted and fed meat to grow them. Although these won’t be passive, and will still attack the player.
Grottol
You’ll come across the Grottol when searching caves and ravines. They look like small crab creatures, which have Diamonds on their back.

When the player gets close, they’ll do their best to get away from the player, so you need to be fast. By using a Pickaxe, you can collect the Diamonds they’re carrying.
Lantern
Lanterns are easy to find, as they’ll periodically glow in the dark. Mostly, they can be found in Minecrafts forests.

If you’re able to kill a Lantern, they will drop Luminous Jelly. Consume these to receive the Night Vision Buff for a short duration. Other than that, they’re mostly passive.
Naga
The final creature included with Mowzie’s Mobs is the Naga, a serpent-like creature. These can be found spawning atop many of Minecrafts cliffs.

They’ll hit the player with their acid attacks, and you’ll want a Bow and Arrow to defeat them. Upon death, they’ll drop Naga Fangs, which can be used to brew some Potions.
Or it can be used to create a Naga Fang Dagger. It deals double damage from behind, and applies Poison to targets.
