Obtaining
Every Blaze in the Nether can carry a Blaze Instruction Manual, but they rarely give it up. Killing a Blaze has a 1% chance to drop the book. You must land the killing blow yourself, so Blazes that die to fall damage, lava, or other mobs will not drop it.

Blaze Instruction Manual Looting improves your odds. Each level of the Looting enchantment adds roughly another 0.4% chance, so a sword with Looting III raises the drop rate to about 2.2%. A Blaze farm near a Nether Fortress is the fastest way to gather several books, or to earn your first one.
The manual cannot be crafted, traded, or found in chests. Blazes are its only source, unlike other rare spell books in the mod that require trading with a specific villager or defeating a unique NPC. Farming a common Nether mob makes it one of the more attainable rare spell books to chase early. If you want to test it in Creative Mode, you can give yourself one with a command.
Usage
The Blaze Instruction Manual works like any other spell book. Hold it in your main hand and right-click to attach it to your spell book slot, then inscribe spells into it at an 
Inscription Table using Scrolls. Each spell takes one slot, and the book can hold up to 10 spells at once without duplicates. Once it holds spells, press the cast key to open your selection wheel and fire off the one you want.
Fire Mage Bonuses
While equipped, the book raises your Max Mana by 200. Your base Max Mana is only 100, so this book alone triples your pool and lets you cast far more spells before running dry. That deep mana reserve is useful for any caster, not just a fire build.
It also grants 10% Fire Spell Power, which increases the damage of every Fire spell you cast. 
Fireball,
